A few of my students are performing in our upcoming student showcase (TGR Fitness presents Elements) and some are competing in the AAFA Amateur Aerial Competition this summer and I have been getting a lot of questions about apparel/costuming from those performing aerial, so I thought I would share my tips with the them here. ![]() 1. COVERAGE! Make sure you have adequate coverage based on your performance. Don’t have a bare midriff if you are doing a straddle back. It will not only be pretty unflattering in pictures, but it will also be pretty uncomfortable.
